A sourcing and export partner, not a factory pretending otherwise
We buy across three production bases in China, document what we sell, and publish the numbers a buyer needs before they enquire. Here is exactly what that means, including what we are not.

What we are, stated plainly
We are a sourcing and export partner for kitchen and household products, based in Ningbo and buying across Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian. We are not a factory, and we do not present ourselves as one.
That matters commercially rather than philosophically. Buyers in Australia, New Zealand and the Gulf increasingly ask for a video factory audit or a third-party inspection, and a supplier who has been claiming to own a plant loses that conversation at the first question. Being a sourcing partner also means we can match the product to the right production base instead of forcing every item through one plant’s machinery — which is how a three-category range with low minimums becomes possible at all.

What a sourcing partner gives you that a factory cannot
- A certified range across several materials, because the item goes to the production base that suits it rather than to the one the salesperson represents.
- Lower minimums, because setup cost can be shared across SKUs and across categories instead of being carried by a single item on a single line.
- Honest compliance positioning: when a report we hold does not cover the article you asked about, we quote the test instead of sending a document that looks relevant.
- Mixed container loading across categories, which is the difference between opening three categories and committing to one.
- Independent inspection recommended as standard, including on our own orders — a factory cannot credibly offer you that.
The trade-off is real and worth stating: we are not the lowest-cost route on a single high-volume item where you already have a direct factory relationship. Where we earn the order is on range, on documentation, on minimums and on the number of things you do not have to manage yourself.
How we work
- Price transparency
- MOQ, FOB range, carton quantity and per-unit cubic volume are published on every product row, before you enquire. The figure that decides your landed cost should not be a reward for asking.
- Documentation first
- Compliance documents are supplied with the quotation rather than after the order, because discovering a missing report at the customs desk is the most expensive way to find out.
- Inspection as default
- A sealed golden sample per order, and a pre-shipment inspection that we will arrange with an independent inspector whenever you ask. Reports are shared unedited, including the failed lines.
- Answers with a timeline
- If a question needs a factory confirmation or a laboratory answer, we reply with the estimate rather than going quiet and reappearing a week later.
What we will not do
- Claim to be a factory we do not own.
- Issue a compliance declaration for a material, colour or construction we have no current report for.
- Promise zero defects, or present an inspection as independent when the factory paid for it.
- Print an environmental claim we cannot substantiate, such as an unqualified "100% plastic-free" on an item with a synthetic backing.
- Quote a unit price that only works because the carton is inefficient. The cube is published for exactly that reason.
If a supplier promises any of the above without qualification, treat it as information about how they will behave when something goes wrong — not as a service level.

Ask us the uncomfortable question first
Whether you will sign our declaration form, whether you own the mould, who inspects the goods, what happens if a batch fails. Those are the questions that decide a supply relationship, and they are cheapest to ask now.
